हम आपको बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का दौरा हिंदू कैलेंडर के पहले दिन 30 मार्च को होना है। यह दिन महाराष्ट्र के लिए अहम है क्योंकि इस दिन गुड़ी पड़वा मनाया जायेगा। उसी दिन मोदी माधव नेत्र की आधारशिला रखेंगे।
भाजपा और संघ के रिश्तों में एक बार फिर मधुरता देखने को मिल रही है। पिछले एक महीने में कई बार आरएसएस की तारीफ कर चुके प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अब नागपुर स्थित संघ मुख्यालय जाने वाले हैं। यह किसी भी प्रधानमंत्री की ओर से संघ मुख्यालय का पहला दौरा होगा। प्रधानमंत्री के संघ मुख्यालय के प्रस्तावित दौरे के कई राजनीतिक निहितार्थ भी निकाले जा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री की संघ प्रमुख मोहन भागवत के साथ होने वाली मुलाकात ऐसे समय पर हो रही है जब भाजपा अपना नया अध्यक्ष जल्द ही चुनने वाली है। हम आपको बता दें कि 6 अप्रैल को भाजपा का स्थापना दिवस होता है। माना जा रहा है कि तब तक पार्टी को नया अध्यक्ष मिल जायेगा। बताया जा रहा है कि 18 अप्रैल को भाजपा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक बेंगलुरु में होगी जिसमें नये अध्यक्ष का स्वागत किया जायेगा।
हम आपको बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री का दौरा हिंदू कैलेंडर के पहले दिन 30 मार्च को होना है। यह दिन महाराष्ट्र के लिए अहम है क्योंकि इस दिन गुड़ी पड़वा मनाया जायेगा। उसी दिन मोदी माधव नेत्रालय की आधारशिला रखेंगे। इस अवसर पर मोदी आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत के साथ मंच साझा करेंगे, जो 2014 के बाद से तीसरा और 2024 के लोकसभा चुनावों के बाद पहला ऐसा अवसर होगा। बताया जा रहा है कि इस कार्यक्रम के बाद मोदी नागपुर के रेशिम बाग में आरएसएस मुख्यालय का दौरा कर सकते हैं। हम आपको यह भी बता दें कि मोहन भागवत और प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इससे पहले पिछले साल अयोध्या में राम मंदिर की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा संबंधी कार्यक्रम के दौरान मंच साझा किया था। उसके बाद दोनों नेता सार्वजनिक रूप से पहली बार एक मंच पर होंगे।
हम आपको बता दें कि पिछले साल हुए लोकसभा चुनावों के दौरान भाजपा और संघ के रिश्तों में जो खटास आई थी उसे दूर कर भाजपा को काफी लाभ हुआ है। हरियाणा, महाराष्ट्र और दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव परिणाम दर्शाते हैं कि आरएसएस की ओर से मिले जमीनी स्तर के समर्थन के बलबूते भाजपा इन तीनों ही राज्यों में बड़ी जीत हासिल करने में सफल रही। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी लगातार आरएसएस की तारीफ कर रहे हैं। हाल ही में उन्होंने दिल्ली में एक मराठी साहित्य सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए आरएसएस की जमकर तारीफ की थी। शरद पवार की उपस्थिति वाले इस समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री ने संघ संस्थापक डॉ. हेडगेवार की ओर से राष्ट्र के लिए किये गये योगदान को भी सराहा था। हाल ही में प्रधानमंत्री ने अमेरिकी पॉडकास्टर लेक्स फ्रीडमैन के साथ एक पॉडकास्ट में लोगों में देश के प्रति समर्पण का भाव भरने के मकसद से 1925 से लेकर अब तक काम करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा था कि इसके जैसे ‘पवित्र’ संगठन से जीवन के मूल्य सीखकर वह खुद को धन्य महसूस करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा था कि बचपन में आरएसएस की शाखाओं में शामिल होना, उन्हें हमेशा अच्छा लगता था। अब प्रधानमंत्री खुद आरएसएस मुख्यालय नागपुर जा रहे हैं।
जहां तक मोदी के नागपुर दौरे की बात है तो आपको बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री 30 मार्च को सुबह 10 बजे माधव नेत्रालय के नए भवन के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। माधव नेत्रालय का नया भवन हिंगना रोड पर वासुदेव नगर मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास 5.8 एकड़ में फैला है। इसमें 250 बिस्तर, 14 ओपीडी और 14 मॉड्यूलर ऑपरेशन थियेटर होंगे। इस कार्यक्रम में संघ प्रमुख के अलावा महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, केंद्रीय परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी, गोविंद गिरी महाराज और अवधेशानंद महाराज भी शामिल होंगे। माधव नेत्रालय आरएसएस से संबद्ध एक नेत्र संस्थान और अनुसंधान केंद्र है।
हम आपको याद दिला दें कि हाल के दिनों में इस बात की चर्चाएं सामने आई थीं कि भागवत और भाजपा के बीच वैचारिक मतभेद हो गये हैं। खासकर मस्जिदों, हिंदू-मुस्लिम संबंधों और पूजा स्थलों पर मोहन भागवत के बयानों को लेकर भाजपा में नाराजगी देखी जा रही थी। प्रयागराज कुंभ के दौरान भागवत की टिप्पणियों ने संतों के बीच भी असहमति पैदा की थी जिससे विवाद और बढ़ गया था। ऐसे में प्रधानमंत्री के नागपुर दौरे और मोदी-भागवत की मुलाकात पर सभी की नजरें टिक गयी हैं।
