नई मुख्यमंत्री कहां रहेंगी, इस पर चर्चा और तैयारी चल रही है। लोक निर्माण विभाग (पीडब्ल्यूडी) ने रेखा गुप्ता के आधिकारिक आवास के लिए तीन विकल्पों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया है।
रेखा गुप्ता ने दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री का पद संभाल लिया है। दिल्ली सरकार के भीतर विभागों के आवंटन को अंतिम रूप दे दिया गया है और गुप्ता का सक्रिय दृष्टिकोण पहले से ही दिखाई दे रहा है। उनकी पहली कैबिनेट बैठक में आयुष्मान भारत योजना और सीएजी रिपोर्ट को मंजूरी मिली। हालांकि, अब सबके मन में एक सवाल है कि मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता कहां रहेंगी? उन्होंने पहले ही साफ कर दिया है कि वह ‘शीश महल’ में नहीं रहेंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी योजना शीश महल को म्यूजियम में बदलने की है।
इस बीच, नई मुख्यमंत्री कहां रहेंगी, इस पर चर्चा और तैयारी चल रही है। लोक निर्माण विभाग (पीडब्ल्यूडी) ने रेखा गुप्ता के आधिकारिक आवास के लिए तीन विकल्पों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया है। इनमें से दो आलीशान बंगले मध्य दिल्ली में दीन दयाल उपाध्याय मार्ग पर स्थित हैं, जहां दिल्ली भाजपा कार्यालय और भाजपा का राष्ट्रीय मुख्यालय दोनों स्थित हैं। तीसरा बंगला उत्तरी दिल्ली के सिविल लाइंस में राजपुर रोड पर है। अधिकारियों ने पुष्टि की है कि इन संपत्तियों पर मरम्मत का काम पूरा हो गया है, और इस काम को अंतिम रूप देने के बाद ही इन्हें विकल्प के रूप में चुना गया था।
PWD के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि इन बंगलों को विभाग के आवासीय पूल से चुना गया था लेकिन अभी तक इसे अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया गया है। ये विकल्प नए मुख्यमंत्री के सामने प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे, जो व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनका निरीक्षण कर सकती हैं और एक का चयन कर सकती हैं। सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग (जीएडी) से मंजूरी के बाद, चुने गए बंगले को आधिकारिक तौर पर आवंटित किया जाएगा। अधिकारी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री कब अपना निर्णय लेंगी, इसकी कोई निश्चित समयसीमा नहीं है।
कुछ समय पहले, भाजपा नेताओं ने कहा था कि दिल्ली की नई मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता 6, फ्लैग स्टाफ रोड स्थित बंगले में नहीं रहेंगी – वही आवास जिसे भाजपा अक्सर ‘शीश महल’ के रूप में संदर्भित करती है। इस बंगले पर पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल का कब्जा था और बीजेपी ने लगातार इसकी आलोचना की थी। शपथ लेने से पहले रेखा गुप्ता ने पुष्टि की कि वह ‘शीश महल’ में नहीं जाएंगी। वर्तमान में, वह अपने गृह निर्वाचन क्षेत्र शालीमार बाग में अपने निजी आवास में रहती हैं।
