कल्याणी (पश्चिम बंगाल) । भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने मांग की कि कल्याणी पटाखा कारखाना विस्फोट मामले की जांच राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण (एनआईए) को सौंपी जाए। उन्होंने दावा किया कि अवैध निर्माण गतिविधियां बड़े आपराधिक नेटवर्क से जुड़ी हो सकती हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल के नदिया जिले में शुक्रवार को कल्याणी के रथतला के भीड़भाड़ वाले आवासीय क्षेत्र में पटाखा बनाने की एक फैक्टरी में हुए विस्फोट से तीन महिलाओं समेत चार लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। इसमें एक अन्य महिला गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई थी जिसका एक स्थानीय अस्पताल में इलाज जारी है।
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता अधिकारी ने मंगलवार दोपहर इलाके का दौरा करने के बाद कहा, कल्याणी में अवैध पटाखा निर्माण कार्य आपराधिक तत्वों से जुड़े व्यापक गठजोड़ का हिस्सा हो सकता है। एनआईए को इसकी पूरी जांच करनी चाहिए, क्योंकि यह सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर खतरा पैदा कर सकता है। अधिकारी द्वारा एनआईए जांच की मांग राज्य भर में इस तरह के अवैध कृत्यों में वृद्धि को लेकर व्यापक चिंताएं जताये जाने के बाद की गई है।
उन्होंने कहा, ये अवैध कारखाने न केवल नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हैं, बल्कि जान को भी बड़ा खतरा पैदा करते हैं। पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, पटाखा फैक्टरी आवासीय क्षेत्र में अवैध रूप से संचालित की जा रही थी, जहां कोई सुरक्षा उपाय नहीं किए गए थे। पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘विस्फोट स्थल से चार लोगों को निकाला गया जिन्हें बाद में जेएनएम अस्पताल में मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। घायल महिला की हालत गंभीर है। राज्य सरकार ने मृतकों के परिवारों के लिए 2-2 लाख रुपये के मुआवजे की घोषणा की है। घटना के बाद फैक्टरी मालिक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और पुलिस उससे पूछताछ कर रही है।
