अब दाऊद, मेमन और नीरव को लाया जाना चारिए… मुंबई हमले के दोषी तहव्वुर राणा के प्रत्यर्पण पर बोले संजय राउत

संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका (यूएस) के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों में उनकी भूमिका के लिए दोषी ठहराए गए तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया, जिससे भारत में उसके प्रत्यर्पण का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया। इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए, शिवसेना (उद्धव बालासाहेब ठाकरे) नेता संजय राउत ने शनिवार को कहा कि अब समय आ गया है कि नीरव मोदी को भारत वापस लाया जाए। नीरव मोदी धोखाधड़ी और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोपों का सामना कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि गैंगस्टर दाऊद इब्राहिम और टाइगर मेमन समेत अन्य भगोड़ों को भी वापस लाया जाना चाहिए।

संजय राउत ने कहा कि यह एक न्यायिक प्रक्रिया है। ऐसी न्यायिक प्रक्रियाएँ चलती रहती हैं। अब नीरव मोदी को लाना है, दाऊद को लाना है, टाइगर मेमन को लाना है। सूची लंबी है। भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) पोलित ब्यूरो के सदस्य हन्नान मोल्लाह ने 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों में सह-साजिशकर्ता के प्रत्यर्पण की अनुमति देने के लिए संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका (यूएसए) के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की सराहना करते हुए फैसले का स्वागत किया। 

हन्नान मोल्ला ने कहा कि उन अपराधियों ने भारत में अपराध किया और वे वहीं रह रहे हैं। भारत सरकार ने उनके प्रत्यर्पण के लिए कहा है। यह अच्छा है कि (अमेरिकी) सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अनुमति दे दी है। वे आएंगे और उन पर यहीं मुकदमा चलेगा। इस बीच, शिवसेना सांसद नरेश म्हस्के ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा की याचिका को खारिज करना भारत सरकार के लिए एक बड़ी जीत है। म्हस्के ने एएनआई को बताया कि तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा 26/11 हमले का मुख्य आरोपी है। भारत सरकार आरोपी को भारत वापस लाने की कोशिश कर रही थी। यह भारत सरकार के लिए एक बड़ी जीत है। हमें मामले की जांच के लिए और जानकारी मिलेगी एक बार वह वापस आ जाए। 

पाकिस्तानी मूल के व्यवसायी तहव्वुर हुसैन राणा, जिन्हें मुंबई पर 26/11 के हमलों में उनकी भूमिका के लिए दोषी ठहराया गया था, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 164 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी, को अब भारत प्रत्यर्पित किया जा सकता है। राणा के सह-षड्यंत्रकारियों में अन्य लोगों के अलावा डेविड हेडली भी शामिल था। हेडली ने अपना दोष स्वीकार किया और राणा के खिलाफ सहयोग किया। 21 जनवरी को, अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राणा द्वारा भारत में उसके प्रत्यर्पण को रोकने के लिए दायर सर्टिओरारी की रिट की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। निचली अदालत के पहले के आदेश के खिलाफ नवंबर 2024 में रिट दायर की गई थी, जिसने भारत में उसके प्रत्यर्पण के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया था। सर्टिओरारी रिट एक कानूनी दस्तावेज है जो उच्च न्यायालय को निचली अदालत के मामले की समीक्षा करने की अनुमति देता है।
