बिहार में इस साल विधानसभा के चुनाव होने हैं। नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल लगातार सवाल खड़े कर रहे हैं। उनका कहना है कि राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति बेहद खराब हो चुकी है और नीतीश कुमार अब थक चुके हैं। इक बार फिर से तेजस्वी यादव ने कानून व्यवस्था को लेकर नीतीश सरकार की आलोचना की है। तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि बिहार में कानून-व्यवस्था आपराधिक अव्यवस्था बन गयी है। सीएम अपराधियों को शरण दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हाल ही में, सीएम ने दो बड़े अपराधियों को रिहा किया, और यहां तक कि जेल से उनकी रिहाई को सुरक्षित करने के लिए एक कानून में संशोधन भी किया गया। अपराधी खुलेआम कैसे घूम रहे हैं?
तेजस्वी ने कहा कि नीतीश न सिर्फ उन्हें पनाह दे रहे हैं बल्कि अपराधियों को समर्थन भी दे रहे हैं। जब हम सत्ता में आएंगे तो दिखाएंगे कि कानून-व्यवस्था कैसे सुधारी जाती है और अपराधियों को सबक सिखाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर ऐसी घटना किसी दूसरे राज्य में होती तो यह पहले पन्ने की खबर बन जाती। जो लोग ‘जंगल राज’ की बात करते थे उन्हें देखना चाहिए कि उनके अपने राज्य में क्या हो रहा है।’ राजद प्रवक्ता मृत्युंजय तिवारी ने कहा कि बिहार की स्थिति देखिए, यह सरकार अब विदाई के कगार पर है। अब समय आ गया है कि बिहार में कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति सुधरे, और केवल नीतीश कुमार की विदाई से ही यह मुमकिन है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि अब सत्ता पक्ष से यह सवाल किया जाना चाहिए कि बिहार में क्या जंगलराज है या महा जंगलराज? आपको बता दें कि पटना जिले के मोकामा इलाके में दो समूहों के बीच बुधवार को हुई गोलीबारी में पूर्व विधायक अनंत सिंह बाल-बाल बच गए। पटना के वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसएसपी) अवकाश कुमार ने बताया कि गोलीबारी में अब तक किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है। एसएसपी ने कहा, ऐसी खबरें हैं कि पटना जिले के बाहरी इलाके बाढ़ के नौरंगा गांव में दो समूहों के बीच 12 से 15 गोलियां चलीं। मामले की जांच की जा रही है…वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंच गए हैं। पुलिस को शाम को बाढ़ के नौरंगा गांव में गोलीबारी की सूचना मिली। एक टीम तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और तीन खोखे बरामद किए।
