राजनाथ ने कहा कि केंद्र ने देश के विविध सांस्कृतिक पृष्ठभूमि और दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों के कर्मियों को शामिल करने के लिए भारत के हर क्षेत्र और जिले में सैनिक स्कूलों की पहुंच का विस्तार करने का निर्णय लिया है।
भारत में शिक्षा की बुनियादी गुणवत्ता में सुधार के लिए केंद्र ने देश भर में 100 नए सैनिक स्कूल स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया है। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने बुधवार को केरल के अलाप्पुझा में विद्याधिराज विद्यापीठम सैनिक स्कूल के वार्षिक दिवस समारोह के दौरान इस पहल की घोषणा की। अलाप्पुझा में विद्याधिराज सैनिक स्कूल के 47वें वार्षिक दिवस समारोह का उद्घाटन करने के बाद उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने सैनिक स्कूलों में लड़कियों के प्रवेश का मार्ग भी प्रशस्त कर दिया है।
राजनाथ ने कहा कि केंद्र ने देश के विविध सांस्कृतिक पृष्ठभूमि और दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों के कर्मियों को शामिल करने के लिए भारत के हर क्षेत्र और जिले में सैनिक स्कूलों की पहुंच का विस्तार करने का निर्णय लिया है। रक्षा मंत्री, जो कुछ कार्यक्रमों के लिए केरल में हैं, ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि जैसे-जैसे देश स्वास्थ्य, संचार, उद्योग, परिवहन और रक्षा जैसे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रगति के साथ आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ रहा है, “इसकी आवश्यकता है शिक्षा में क्रांति और बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास।”
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि कम ही लोग जानते हैं कि हमारी संविधान सभा में 15 महिला सदस्यों में से तीन केरल से थीं: अम्मू स्वामीनाथन, दक्षिणायनी वेलायुधन और एनी मास्कारेन। उन्होंने कहा कि समन्वयवाद केरल की संस्कृति की एक उल्लेखनीय विशेषता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सच्ची करुणा असीम है। यह देने वाले के जीवन को समृद्ध बनाता है और दूसरों को प्रेरणा देता है। कवि स्वाभाविक रूप से दयालु और सहानुभूतिशील होते हैं। जब एक कवि वास्तविक सामाजिक परिवर्तन को प्रभावित करने के लिए छंदों से परे इस करुणा को प्रसारित करता है, तो सुगाथाकुमारी जैसी संवेदनशील आत्मा उभरती है।
उन्होंने कहा कि जैसे ही 90वीं जयंती समारोह समाप्त हो रहा है, यह उनकी उल्लेखनीय विरासत और पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जलवायु परिवर्तन के लिए उनके अभियान की प्रासंगिकता को प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए उपयुक्त है। उन्होंने कहा कि सुगाथाकुमारी सिर्फ एक कवियित्री नहीं थीं; वह हमारे समाज की अंतरात्मा की रक्षक थीं। भावनात्मक सहानुभूति, मानवतावादी संवेदनशीलता और नैतिक सतर्कता से ओतप्रोत उनकी कविता सामाजिक और पर्यावरणीय चिंताओं को संबोधित करने का माध्यम बन गई।
