मुख्यमंत्री ए रेवंत रेड्डी ने कहा कि उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से हैदराबाद को विश्व स्तरीय शहर के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए क्षेत्रीय रिंग रोड (आरआरआर) और ‘क्षेत्रीय रिंग रेल’ को मंजूरी देने और हैदराबाद मेट्रो रेल के दूसरे चरण सहित राज्य की विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं का समर्थन करने का आग्रह किया है।
हैदराबाद । तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री ए रेवंत रेड्डी ने कहा कि उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से हैदराबाद को विश्व स्तरीय शहर के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए क्षेत्रीय रिंग रोड (आरआरआर) और ‘क्षेत्रीय रिंग रेल’ को मंजूरी देने और हैदराबाद मेट्रो रेल के दूसरे चरण सहित राज्य की विभिन्न विकास परियोजनाओं का समर्थन करने का आग्रह किया है। रेड्डी ने महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व राज्यपाल चौधरी विद्यासागर राव की आत्मकथा ‘यूनिका’ (यूएनआईकेए) के विमोचन के लिए आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम को संबोधित किया।
उन्होंने पहले ही प्रधानमंत्री से तेलंगाना को देश में एक हजार अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था वाला राज्य बनाने में सहयोग करने का अनुरोध किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि तेलंगाना की 60 प्रतिशत आय हैदराबाद से आती है। रेड्डी ने कहा कि उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार से राज्य में एक ‘ड्राई पोर्ट’ आवंटित करने और काजीपेट रेलवे कोच फैक्टरी को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने में मदद मांगी है। उन्होंने कहा कि तेलंगाना अमरावती (आंध्र प्रदेश की राजधानी) के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा नहीं कर रहा है बल्कि दुनिया के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा जारी एक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, रेड्डी ने कहा, “हमें न्यूयॉर्क और तोक्यो जैसे शहरों के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी चाहिए। दुनिया के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करने के लिए, हमें हैदराबाद में मेट्रो रेल (के विस्तार) के लिए सभी तरह की अनुमति की आवश्यकता है।” उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कषगम (द्रमुक) शासित तमिलनाडु सरकार को मेट्रो रेल विकसित करने के लिए सहयोग कर रहे हैं और उन्होंने बेंगलुरु के लिए भी मंजूरी दी है।
रेड्डी ने कहा, “पार्टी लाइन से हटकर मैं केंद्रीय मंत्री बंदी संजय कुमार और बीआरएस (भारत राष्ट्र समिति) नेता विनोद कुमार (जो कार्यक्रम में मौजूद थे) से तेलंगाना के विकास के लिए सहयोग करने की अपील करता हूं। हमें तेलंगाना के लिए मिलकर काम करना चाहिए। (मेरा) किसी से कोई मतभेद नहीं है। तेलंगाना के विकास के लिए मैं सभी से मिलूंगा और सभी का सहयोग मांगूंगा।” उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल अगली बैठक में हैदराबाद मेट्रो रेल परियोजना (के दूसरे चरण) को मंजूरी देगा।
