7 लाख रुपये के इनामी 27 वर्षीय नक्सली ने महाराष्ट्र के गोंदिया में आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया। देवा उर्फ अर्जुन उर्फ राकेश सुमदो मुदाम प्रतिबंधित भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माओवादी) के मलाजखंड ‘दलम’ और पामेड़ ‘प्लाटून’ नंबर 9 का हिस्सा था। देवा ने कलेक्टर प्रजीत नायर, पुलिस अधीक्षक गोरख भामरे और अतिरिक्त एसपी नित्यानंद झा के सामने अपने हथियार डाल दिए। पुलिस द्वारा साझा किए गए बयान के अनुसार, देवा, जिस पर 7 लाख रुपये का इनाम है, गढ़चिरौली के टीपागढ़, छत्तीसगढ़ के राजनांदगांव के झिलमिली काशीबेहरा बकरकट्टा में गोलीबारी के मामलों के साथ-साथ नक्सली हिंसा और सुरक्षा बलों पर हमलों की अन्य घटनाओं में शामिल था।

पोयम पर 6 लाख रुपये का इनाम था, उसे 1992 में टिपागढ़ एलओएस के सदस्य के रूप में भर्ती किया गया था और 2010 से कुतुल और नेलनार एलओएस में क्षेत्र समिति सदस्य (एसीएम) के रूप में कार्य किया था। उसके नाम पर छह मुठभेड़ों सहित 12 मामले थे। कुंजम पर 2 लाख रुपये का इनाम था, वह 2019 में मिलिशिया सदस्य के रूप में शामिल हुआ। उसे 2020 में चेतना नाट्य मंच (सीएनएम) के सदस्य के रूप में भर्ती किया गया और 2021 में कुतुल एलओएस का सदस्य बन गया।
