प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को गुजरात के गांधीनगर में पाकिस्तान पर फिर हमला बोला और कहा कि उनकी सरकार ने भारत से आतंकवाद का नाश करने का फैसला किया है। उन्होंने गांधीनगर के महात्मा मंदिर में 5,536 करोड़ रुपये की विकास परियोजनाओं का उद्घाटन करने के बाद एक सभा को संबोधित करते हुए यह बात कही। मैं पिछले दो दिनों से गुजरात में हूँ। कल मैंने वडोदरा, दाहोद, भुज और अहमदाबाद का दौरा किया और आज सुबह गांधीनगर गया। जहाँ भी गया, वहाँ देशभक्ति की लहर सी महसूस हुई, केसर के समुद्र की गर्जना जैसी। केसर के समुद्र की गर्जना, लहराता तिरंगा और हर दिल में मातृभूमि के लिए अपार प्रेम। यह नजारा देखने लायक था, यह एक अविस्मरणीय दृश्य था।
सभा को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि अगर 1947 में हमने कश्मीर में घुसने वाले मुजाहिद्दीनों को मार गिराया होता तो आज ऐसी स्थिति नहीं आती। पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “जब 1947 में बंटवारा हुआ तो उस समय जंजीरें काट देनी चाहिए थीं, लेकिन इसके बजाय देश तीन हिस्सों में बंट गया। इसके तुरंत बाद कश्मीर में पहला आतंकी हमला हुआ और पाकिस्तान ने कश्मीर के एक हिस्से पर कब्जा कर लिया। अगर हमने इन मुजाहिद्दीनों को मार गिराया होता, अगर हमने सरदार पटेल की बात मानी होती, तो वे चाहते थे कि सेना तब तक न रुके जब तक हम पीओके वापस न ले लें। 75 साल तक हमने कष्ट झेले और पहलगाम में जो हुआ, वह उसी हमले का विकृत रूप था। भारतीय सेना ने हर बार पाकिस्तान को हराया है। पाकिस्तान समझ गया है कि वह भारत से नहीं जीत सकता।
पीएम मोदी ने सीमा पार आतंकवाद का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि आतंकवाद कोई छद्म युद्ध नहीं है, यह आपकी युद्ध रणनीति है। आप हम पर युद्ध कर रहे हैं। यह कहते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि सिंधु जल संधि पर बहुत खराब तरीके से बातचीत की गई और इसमें कश्मीर में बांधों से गाद निकालने तक की अनुमति नहीं थी। पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि 26 मई 2014 को मैंने पहली बार प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली थी। उस समय भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था 11वें स्थान पर थी। आज भारत दुनिया की चौथी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बन गया है। यह हम सभी के लिए गर्व की बात है कि हम अब जापान से आगे निकल गए हैं। मुझे आज भी पूरे देश में वह उत्साह याद है जब हम छठे से पांचवें स्थान पर पहुंचे थे, खासकर तब जब भारत ने यूनाइटेड किंगडम को पीछे छोड़ दिया था, उसी देश ने हम पर 250 साल तक राज किया था।
