इस पूरे मामले के पीछे का मुख्य कारण एक नाम को बताया गया है। नाम में गडबड़ी होने के कारण ये गंभीर मामला हो गया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक जगदीश का बेटा मनीष दुर्घटना में घायल होने के बाद अस्पताल में भर्ती हुआ था। डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि दुर्घटना में घायल होने के बाद उसके पैर का ऑपरेशन किया जाना था।
राजस्थान के कोटा में एक सरकारी अस्पताल में कुछ ऐसा देखने को मिला है जिसकी उम्मीद करना मुमकिन नहीं है। कोटा में एक सरकारी अस्पताल में 60 वर्षीय व्यक्ति अपने घायल बेटे का इलाज करवाने आया था। व्यक्ति अपने बेटे की देखभाल कर रहा था मगर इसी बीच व्यक्ति को ही सर्जरी करने के लिए टेबल पर लिटा दिया गया।

वहीं जगदीश को स्ट्रोक आने के बाद से उसे बोलने में परेशानी होती ती। वो अपने बेटे की देखभाल करने के लिए 12 अप्रैल को अस्पताल में थे। मनीष को ऑपरेशन थियेटर ले जाया गया। वहीं जगदीश बाहर बैठकर सर्जरी खत्म होने का इंतजार करने लगे। ऑपरेशन थियेटर के बाहर बैठे रहने के दौरान ही कार्डियोथोरेसिक और वैस्कुलर सर्जरी विभाग के स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों ने जगदीश का नाम पुकारा। बेटे की सर्जरी खत्म होने का इंतजार कर रहे जगदीश ने अपना नाम सुनकर हाथ उठाया तो कर्मचारी उसे अपने साथ दूसरे ऑपरेशन थिएटर ले गए। वहीं स्ट्रोक के बाद जहां जगदीश बोलने में परेशानी का सामना कर रहे थे तो वो कर्मचारियों को बता नहीं पाए कि वो मरीज नहीं बल्कि मरीज के परिजन है।
इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों ने जगदीश के हाथ पर डायलिसिस फिस्टुला लगा दिया। डायलिसिस फिस्टुला आमतौर पर ब्लड फ्लो को आसान बनाने के लिए आर्टरी और वेन के बीच सर्जिकल कनेक्शन होता है। इसी बीच जब डॉक्टर ऑपरेशन थिएटर पहुंचे तो उन्होंने मरीज को देखकर कहा कि कर्मचारी गलत आदमी को ले आए है। ये जानकारी मिलते ही ऑपरेशन को रोक दिया गया।
वहीं जगदीश के बेटे मनीष का ऑपरेशन हो चुका है। उसके पैर में प्लास्टर लगा हुआ है। अस्पताल के वार्ड में उसकी रिकवरी हो रही है। मनीष ने इस घटना पर कहा कि मुझे सर्जरी के लिए लेकर गए तो मेरे पिता बाहर थे। सर्जरी के बाद बाहर आने पर ऑपरेशन थिएटर के बाहर मुझे मेरे पिता नहीं दिखे जो मेरे लिए हैरानी की बात थी। वार्ड में शिफ्ट होने के बाद मैंने स्टाफ से पूछा कि मुझे मेरे पिता नहीं मिले, जतो उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें ऑपरेशन के लिए ले गए है। उन्होंने कहा कि अस्पताल प्रशासन से इतनी बड़ी चूक हुई है। इस मामले में सख्त जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषी कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। कर्मचारियों की गलती से बड़ा हादसा होते बच गया है। वहीं जानकारी के मुताबिक अस्पताल प्रशासन ने मामले की जांच के लिए आदेश दे दिए है। एक जांच समिति बनाई गई है जो मामले की जांच कर 48 घंटे में रिपोर्ट सौंपेगी।”
