भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच तनाव कम करने के लिए भारतीय सेना उठाएगी अब ये कदम?

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच शत्रुता समाप्त करने के लिए 10 मई को बनी सहमति के बाद अब विश्वास बहाली के उपायों को जारी रखने का फैसला लिया गया है ताकि सतर्कता स्तर में कमी की जा सके। भारतीय अधिकारियों ने बृहस्पतिवार को यह जानकारी दी।

पाकिस्तान और भारत के बीच तनाव पहलगाम हमले के बाद काफी ज्यादा हो गया। दोनों देशों के बीच युद्ध की स्थिति पैदा हो गयी थी। लेकिन चार दिन तक चले तेज मिसाइल हमलों के बाद दोनों देशों में अपसी सहमति से सीजफायर हुआ। 2025 पहलगाम हमला भारतीय प्रशासित जम्मू और कश्मीर में पहलगाम के पास पांच सशस्त्र आतंकवादियों द्वारा पर्यटकों पर हमला था जिसमें 22 अप्रैल 2025 को 26 नागरिक मारे गए थे। आतंकवादियों ने मुख्य रूप से हिंदू पर्यटकों को निशाना बनाया था, हालांकि हमले में एक ईसाई पर्यटक और एक स्थानीय मुस्लिम भी मारे गए। एम4 कार्बाइन और एके-47 से लैस हमलावर घने देवदार के जंगलों से घिरी बैसरन घाटी में पर्यटक स्थल में घुस गए। इस घटना को 2008 के मुंबई हमलों के बाद से भारत में नागरिकों पर सबसे घातक हमला माना जाता है। सीजफायर के बाद अब दोनों देशों के बीच युद्ध वाली स्थिति को टाल दिया गया है लेकिन अभी भी पाकिस्तान पर विश्वास नहीं किया जा सकता है। ऐसे में भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच शत्रुता समाप्त करने के लिए 10 मई को बनी सहमति के बाद अब विश्वास बहाली के उपायों को जारी रखने का फैसला लिया गया है ताकि सतर्कता स्तर में कमी की जा सके। भारतीय अधिकारियों ने बृहस्पतिवार को यह जानकारी दी।

 विश्वास बहाली के उपाय किए जाएंगे

यह बयान तब आया जब पाकिस्तानी सेना ने कहा कि शत्रुता समाप्त करने पर बनी सहमति का विस्तार 18 मई तक किया गया है।
भारतीय सेना के एक अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘दोनों सैन्य संचालन महानिदेशकों (डीजीएमओ) के बीच 10 मई को बनी सहमति के बाद सतर्कता के स्तर को कम करने के लिए विश्वास बहाली के उपाय जारी रखने का निर्णय लिया गया है।’’
भारतीय सेना ने कहा, ‘‘10 मई 2025 को दोनों डीजीएमओ के बीच बनी सहमति के अनुसार, सतर्कता के स्तर को कम करने के लिए विश्वास बहाली उपायों को जारी रखने का निर्णय लिया गया है।’’

बयान में कहा, ‘‘आगे जैसी स्थिति होगी, हम आपको सूचित करेंगे’’ 

 पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री इशाक डार ने इस्लामाबाद में ‘सीनेट’ (संसद के ऊपरी सदन) को बताया कि पाकिस्तान और भारत के डीजीएमओ ने बुधवार को ‘‘सैन्य संघर्ष विराम’’ पर चर्चा करने के लिए ‘हॉटलाइन’ पर बात की।
भारतीय सेना ने डार के दावे पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं की। डार ने कहा कि 10 मई को अपनी बातचीत में दोनों डीजीएमओ ने 12 मई तक ‘‘सैन्य संघर्ष विराम’’ पर सहमति जताई थी।

‘जियो न्यूज’ ने पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री के हवाले से कहा, ‘‘जब 12 मई को डीजीएमओ ने फिर से बात की तो इस सहमति को 14 मई तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया। 14 मई को आगे की बातचीत के बाद इसे 18 मई तक बढ़ा दिया गया।’’
दोनों डीजीएमओ ने सोमवार को ‘‘शत्रुतापूर्ण’’ सैन्य कार्रवाइयों से बचने के तरीकों पर विचार-विमर्श किया और सीमाओं और अग्रिम क्षेत्रों से दोनों सेनाओं के सैनिकों को कम करने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की।
