पहलगाम हमले का बदला भारत कैसे लेगा यह प्रश्न पाकिस्तान को दिन-रात परेशान किये हुए है? पाकिस्तान सरकार और सेना के मुख्यालयों में दिन-रात हो रही बैठकों में अनुमान लगाया जाता है कि भारत कैसे हमला कर सकता है फिर उससे बचने के लिए तैयारी शुरू हो जाती है। अगले दिन होने वाली बैठक में अनुमान बदल जाता है और भारत के हमले से बचने के लिए दूसरी तरह से तैयारी शुरू हो जाती है। इसके अलावा, भारत की मार से बचने के लिए तो पाकिस्तान तमाम तरह के इंतजाम कर ही रहा है साथ ही अपनी मूल्यवान संपत्तियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने में भी जुट गया है। पाकिस्तान की मूल्यवान संपत्तियों में उसके द्वारा पाले पोसे गये आतंकवादी संगठनों के आका भी हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि आतंकवादी संगठनों के आका और उनके कमांडो जोकि पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर (पीओके) और अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा या नियंत्रण रेखा (LoC) के पार स्थित लॉन्चपैड्स में छिपे बैठे थे वह अब लॉन्चपैड्स को खाली करके पीओके के अंदरूनी इलाकों या पाकिस्तान के मुख्य शहरों में लौट गये हैं।
रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक जम्मू क्षेत्र के दूसरी ओर पीओके के तीन प्रमुख लॉन्चपैड्स हैं- शकरगढ़ (जो कठुआ से सटा है), समहनी (जो नौशेरा से सटा है) और सुखमल (जो हीरानगर से सटा है)। बताया जा रहा है कि यहां 22 अप्रैल से पहले लश्कर-ए-तैयबा, जैश-ए-मोहम्मद और अन्य आतंकी संगठनों के कई आतंकी मौजूद थे, जो पाकिस्तान रेंजर्स या पाकिस्तान सेना द्वारा उन्हें अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा या नियंत्रण रेखा के पार भारत में धकेले जाने की प्रतीक्षा में थे। मगर अब यह लॉन्चपैड्स खाली हो चुके हैं। रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक, पाकिस्तान 2019 में भारत द्वारा बालाकोट में आतंकवादी शिविरों पर की गई एअर स्ट्राइक की यादों से अब भी डरा हुआ है। इसलिए उसने आतंकवादियों को यहां से हटा दिया है ताकि भारत की ओर से संभावित बमबारी में कहीं वह सब मारे ना जाएं। यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि पाकिस्तान सेना या पाकिस्तान रेंजर्स के अधिकारी जो आमतौर पर इन लॉन्चपैड्स पर आतंकियों की घुसपैठ में मदद के लिए मौजूद रहते थे, उन्होंने भी पीओके में अपनी चौकियों को छोड़ दिया है।
