2025-26 में एक लाख किसानों को प्राकृतिक खेती के तहत लाने के लक्ष्य पर जोर देते हुए सुक्खू ने कहा कि अब तक करीब 1.58 लाख किसान प्राकृतिक खेती को अपना चुके हैं।
हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने सोमवार को वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए वार्षिक बजट पेश किया। बजट पेश करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने गाय के दूध के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में 6 रुपये की बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की। इसके साथ ही गाय का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य 51 रुपये प्रति लीटर और भैंस के दूध का 61 रुपये प्रति लीटर हो जाएगा। 2025-26 में एक लाख किसानों को प्राकृतिक खेती के तहत लाने के लक्ष्य पर जोर देते हुए सुक्खू ने कहा कि अब तक करीब 1.58 लाख किसान प्राकृतिक खेती को अपना चुके हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्राकृतिक रूप से कच्ची हल्दी उगाने वाले किसानों को 90 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार हमीरपुर में स्पाइस पार्क स्थापित करने की योजना बना रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम में लगे श्रमिकों की दैनिक मजदूरी 20 रुपये बढ़ाकर 300 रुपये से 320 रुपये प्रतिदिन कर दी गई है। सरकार ने यह भी कहा कि वह कम प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थलों की खोज के अलावा धार्मिक और इको-पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी। वित्त वर्ष 2026 के लिए अपना तीसरा वार्षिक बजट पेश करते हुए सुखू ने कहा कि वर्ष 2025-26 वित्तीय चुनौतियों से भरा है क्योंकि राजस्व घाटा अनुदान कम कर दिया गया है और जीएसटी मुआवजा रोक दिया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि धार्मिक पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने और कम प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थलों की खोज पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि चाय बागानों को इको-टूरिज्म गंतव्य के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य की ऋण देनदारी बढ़कर 1,04,729 करोड़ रुपये हो गई है, जिसमें से 29,046 लाख रुपये वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा लिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले दो वर्षों में लिए गए ऋण का 70 प्रतिशत पिछली सरकार द्वारा लिए गए ऋण और उसके ब्याज घटक के पुनर्भुगतान पर खर्च किया गया। विकास गतिविधियों पर केवल 8,093 रुपये खर्च किए गए। हिमाचल प्रदेश में नशीली दवाओं के दुरुपयोग से निपटने के लिए, सीएम ने एक विशेष कार्य बल (एसटीएफ) के गठन की घोषणा की।
