केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने बताया कि भंडारा में ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री में बड़ा धमाका हुआ है। शुरुआती जानकारी के मुताबिक इस घटना में 8 लोगों की मौत हो गई है और 7 लोग घायल हैं।
महाराष्ट्र के भंडारा जिले के जवाहर नगर इलाके में आज सुबह आयुध कारखाने में विस्फोट होने से 8 व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई और कई अन्य फंस गए। अग्निशमन कर्मियों और एम्बुलेंस सहित बचाव दल को घटनास्थल पर तैनात किया गया है। विस्फोट के कारण फैक्ट्री की छत ढह गई और अर्थमूवर्स फिलहाल मलबा हटाने का काम कर रहे हैं। भंडारा जिला कलेक्टर संजय कोलटे के अनुसार, कई लोग फंसे हुए हैं, अब तक कुल चौदह लोगों को बचाया जा चुका है।

महाराष्ट्र के सीएम देवेन्द्र फड़णवीस ने कुछ देर पहले कहा कि भंडारा जिले की ऑर्डनैस फैक्ट्री में हुए विस्फोट में छत गिरने से 13 से 14 मजदूरों के फंसने की खबर है। अभी तक मिली शुरुआती जानकारी के मुताबिक दुर्भाग्यवश एक मजदूर की मौत हो गई है। 5 मजदूरों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया है। जिला कलेक्टर और पुलिस अधीक्षक मौके पर हैं और हर तरह की मदद मुहैया करायी जा रही है. बचाव कार्य के लिए एसडीआरएफ और नागपुर नगर निगम की टीमों को भी बुलाया गया है और वे जल्द ही पहुंच जाएंगी। जिला प्रशासन रक्षा बलों के साथ समन्वय में बचाव कार्यों में शामिल है। चिकित्सा सहायता के लिए टीमों को भी तैयार रखा गया है। मैं उस व्यक्ति को हार्दिक श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूं जिसने इस घटना में अपनी जान गंवाई है।
