टीम इंडिया के क्रिकेटर रिंकू सिंह की शादी की चर्चाएं इस समय पूरे सोशल मीडिया पर छाई हुई हैं। सिर्फ केल ही नहीं बल्कि राजनीतिक जगत में भी उनकी शादी को लेकर कई बातें चल रही हैं। दरअसल, रिंकू सिंह की होने वाली दुल्हनिया लोकसभा सांसद हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार रिंकू सिंह मछली शहर की सांसद प्रिया सरोज से शादी करने वाले हैं। दोनों के परिवार इसके लिए तैयार है। हालांकि, रिंकू सिंह पहले क्रिकेटर नहीं है जिनका सियासी महिलाओं के साथ कनेक्शन हैं।
सौरव गांगुली और नगमा
भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान सौरव गांगुली का नाम एक जमाने में एक्ट्रेस नगमा के साथ जुड़ा था। दोनों की अफेयर की अफवाहें काफी समय तक अखबार की सुर्खियां बनी हुई थीं। हालांकि, दोनों में से किसी ने भी इस पर कुछ नहीं कहा। सौरव गांगुली ने 1997 में डोना बनर्जी से शादी की। इसके कुछ साल बाद ही नगमा ने राजनीतिक करियर की शुरुआत की। 2004 में वह कांग्रेस से जुड़ीं और लोकसभा चुनाव में प्रचार भी किया। साल 2014 में नगमा ने मेरठ से लोकसभा चुनाव भी लड़ा लेकिन वह हार गईं।
रविंद्र जडेजा
वहीं इस लिस्ट में दूसरा नाम टीम इंडिया के स्टार ऑलराउंडर रविंद्र जडेजा का है। जिनकी पत्नी रिवाबा भी राजनीति से जुड़ी हुई हैं। दोनों ने साल 2016 में शादी की थी। शादी से पहले रिवाबा का राजनीति कनेक्शन नहीं था। लेकिन शादी के बाद उनकी दिलचस्पी राजनीति में बढ़ती गई और 2022 में उन्हें जामनगर से बीजेपी का टिकट मिला। उन्होंने ना सिर्फ चुनाव लड़ा बल्कि वो भारी मतों से जीती भीं।
ग्लेन टर्नर और सुक्खी टर्नर
हालांकि, इस लिस्ट में सिर्फ भारतीय खिलाड़ी ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशी खिलाड़ी भी हैं। न्यूजीलैंड के पूर्व क्रिकेटर ग्लेन टर्नर ने भारत की रहने वाली महिला सुखविंदर गिल से शादी रचाई। ग्लेन की वाइफ सुखी टर्नर अब न्यूजीलैंड के डुनेडिन शहर की मेयर बन चुकी हैं। वह साल 1995 से लेक 2004 तक डुनेडिन शहर में मेयर के तौर पर कार्यरत रहीं।
