हम आपको यह भी बता दें कि कोलकाता दौरे पर अमित शाह ने संतोष मित्रा स्क्वायर के दुर्गा पूजा पंडाल का उद्घाटन किया और कहा कि उन्होंने मां दुर्गा से प्रार्थना की कि 2026 के पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद, एक नयी सरकार बने जो राज्य के खोए हुए ‘सोनार बांग्ला’ गौरव को बहाल करे। अमित शाह ने कहा कि बंगाल को एक बार फिर सुरक्षित, शांतिपूर्ण और समृद्ध बनना चाहिए और नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर का सपना पूरा करना चाहिए।
हम आपको बता दें कि अमित शाह बृहस्पतिवार रात कोलकाता पहुंचे थे। अमित शाह ने दक्षिण कोलकाता स्थित कालीघाट मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना की और बाद में उन्होंने साल्ट लेक स्थित पूर्वी क्षेत्रीय सांस्कृतिक केंद्र (ईजेडसीसी) में भाजपा समर्थित पश्चिम बंग संस्कृति मंच के दुर्गा पूजा पंडाल का उद्घाटन किया।
