राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) अजीत डोभाल ने मंगलवार को शंघाई सहयोग संगठन (एससीओ) से सीमा पार आतंकवाद के अपराधियों, आयोजकों और वित्तपोषकों को जवाबदेह ठहराने का आह्वान किया जिसे व्यापक रूप से पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
शंघाई सहयोग संगठन (एससीओ) के सदस्य देशों के शीर्ष राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिकारियों के सम्मेलन में भाग लेने के लिए चीन में मौजूद राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) अजीत डोभाल ने आतंकवाद से निपटने में “दोहरे मानकों” की बात कही। पाकिस्तान द्वारा आतंकवाद को प्रायोजित करने का परोक्ष उल्लेख करते हुए डोभाल ने कहा कि सीमा पार आतंकवाद सहित आतंकवाद का कोई भी कृत्य मानवता के विरुद्ध अपराध है।
राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) अजीत डोभाल ने मंगलवार को शंघाई सहयोग संगठन (एससीओ) से सीमा पार आतंकवाद के अपराधियों, आयोजकों और वित्तपोषकों को जवाबदेह ठहराने का आह्वान किया जिसे व्यापक रूप से पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।
एससीओ के शीर्ष सुरक्षा अधिकारियों के एक सम्मेलन में अपने संबोधन में डोभाल ने कहा कि भारत, लश्कर ए तैयबा (एलईटी), जैश ए मोहम्मद (जेईएम), अलकायदा, आईएसआईएस और इसके सहयोगी जैसे संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा प्रतिबंधित आतंकवादी समूहों से लगातार खतरे को लेकर “बेहद चिंतित” है।
एनएसए ने कहा कि पहलगाम आतंकवादी हमले के बाद नयी दिल्ली ने आतंकवादी बुनियादी ढांचे को नष्ट करने और आतंकवादियों को भारत में हमले करने से रोकने के लिए ऑपरेशन सिंदूर शुरू किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि पहलगाम में हुए हमले के जवाब में भारत ने आतंकवादी बुनियादी ढांचे को नष्ट करने के लिए ऑपरेशन सिंदूर शुरू किया था। इस हमले में लश्कर ए तैयबा के एक छद्म संगठन टीआरएफ ने 26 भारतीय और एक नेपाली नागरिक की हत्या कर दी थी और कई अन्य को घायल कर दिया था।
डोभाल ने कहा कि भारत की कार्रवाई “नपी-तुली और गैर-उकसावे वाली” थी।
एनएसए ने आतंकवाद के खिलाफ लड़ाई में “दोहरे मापदंड त्यागने” तथा संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा प्रतिबंधित आतंकवादियों और लश्कर-ए-तैयबा, जैश-ए-मोहम्मद तथा उनके समर्थकों के खिलाफ निर्णायक कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता पर प्रकाश डाला।
डोभाल ने विशेष रूप से इन समूहों के आतंकवादी बुनियादी ढांचे और उनके आतंकवादी पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को नष्ट करने का आह्वान किया।
एनएसए ने दोहराया कि सीमा पार आतंकवाद सहित कोई भी आतंकी कृत्य मानवता के विरुद्ध अपराध है।
डोभाल ने एससीओ सदस्यों से सीमापार आतंकवादी कृत्यों के अपराधियों, आयोजकों, वित्तपोषकों और प्रायोजकों को जवाबदेह ठहराने तथा उन्हें न्याय के दायरे में लाने में मदद करने का आह्वान किया।
एनएसए डोभाल ने आतंकवाद, अलगाववाद और उग्रवाद का मुकाबला करने के लिए “संयुक्त सूचना अभियान” की भी वकालत की।
