अमेरिका में शशि थरूर के बेटे ने पूछ लिया पाकिस्तान से जुड़ा सवाल, जानें कांग्रेस सांसद ने क्या दिया जवाब

शशि थरूर के पत्रकार बेटे ने अमेरिका में उनसे पाकिस्तान से संबंधित ऐसा सवाल पूछ लिया जिसका जवाब शशि थरूर ने खुल कर दिया। शशि थरूर के बेटे ने पूछा कि क्या किसी देश ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल से पहलगाम हमले में पाकिस्तान की संलिप्तता के सबूत मांगे थे क्योकिं पाकिस्तान ने हमले में किसी भी भूमिका से बार-बार इनकार किया था।

कांग्रेस नेता शशि थरूर ने कहा है कि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच मध्यस्थ के रूप में अमेरिका का होना एक ऐसी समानता को दर्शाता है जो अस्तित्व में नहीं है। थरूर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार के कूटनीतिक प्रयासों के तहत विदेश यात्रा पर गए सर्वदलीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल का हिस्सा हैं, जिसका उद्देश्य ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ के बाद आतंकवाद पर भारत के रुख को उजागर करना है। शशि थरूर के नेतृत्व वाला प्रतिनिधिमंडल फिलहाल अमेरिका में है।

इसी दौरान शशि थरूर के पत्रकार बेटे ने अमेरिका में उनसे पाकिस्तान से संबंधित ऐसा सवाल पूछ लिया जिसका जवाब शशि थरूर ने खुल कर दिया। शशि थरूर के बेटे ने पूछा कि क्या किसी देश ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल से पहलगाम हमले में पाकिस्तान की संलिप्तता के सबूत मांगे थे क्योकिं पाकिस्तान ने हमले में किसी भी भूमिका से बार-बार इनकार किया था। इसके जवाब में थरूर ने कहा कि मुझे बहुत खुशी है कि आपने यह मुद्दा उठाया। मैंने इसे नहीं लगाया, मैं आपसे वादा करता हूँ। बहुत सरलता से, किसी को कोई संदेह नहीं था, और हमसे सबूत नहीं मांगे गए। लेकिन मीडिया ने दो या तीन जगहों पर पूछा है। 

कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि मैं बहुत स्पष्ट रूप से कहना चाहता हूँ कि भारत ने बिना पुख्ता सबूत के ऐसा नहीं किया होता। लेकिन तीन खास वजहें थीं, जिनकी ओर मैं आप सभी का ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। पहली वजह यह है कि पाकिस्तान की ओर से लगातार आतंकी हमलों का सिलसिला 37 साल से जारी है, जिसके साथ-साथ बार-बार इनकार भी किया जाता रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरा मतलब है, अमेरिकी यह नहीं भूले हैं कि पाकिस्तान को कथित तौर पर यह नहीं पता था कि ओसामा बिन लादेन कहाँ है, जब तक कि उसे एक छावनी शहर में सेना के शिविर के ठीक बगल में एक पाकिस्तानी सुरक्षित घर में नहीं पाया गया। वह पाकिस्तान है। मुंबई हमले- उन्होंने इससे कोई लेना-देना होने से इनकार किया… इसलिए हम जानते हैं कि पाकिस्तान क्या है। वे आतंकवादियों को भेजेंगे, वे तब तक इनकार करेंगे जब तक कि वे वास्तव में रंगे हाथों पकड़े नहीं जाते।
