स्कूल छोड़ने के बहाने दरिंदे ने नाबालिग छात्रा को गाड़ी में बिठाया, दूर लेकर साथियों के साथ मिलकर कर दिया रेप, तीनों आरोपी गिरफ्तार

14 वर्षीय छात्रा के साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म मामले में तीन नाबालिग आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस ने शनिवार को यह जानकारी दी। पुलिस के मुताबिक कोतवाली देहात थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली नाबालिग छात्रा शहर की एक कॉलोनी में परिवार के साथ रहती है। वह 10वीं कक्षा की छात्रा है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के सुलतानपुर जिले से एक दर्दनाक घटना सामने आयी हैं। जहां एक मासूम की जिंदगी शुरू होने से पहले ही कुछ हवसी दरिंदों ने तबाह कर दी। एक 10वी क्लास की लड़की का तीन लोगों ने मिलकर बलात्कार कर दिया। बच्ची हवसियों के आगे चिल्लाती रही लेकिन उन्होंने मासूम की एक न सुनी।

पुलिस के मुताबिक कोतवाली देहात थाना क्षेत्र की रहने वाली नाबालिग छात्रा शहर की एक कॉलोनी में परिवार के साथ रहती है। वह 10वीं कक्षा की छात्रा है।
शुक्रवार सुबह स्कूल जाते समय अमहट पार्क के पास धम्मौर के मनियारपुर का एक नाबालिग आरोपी उसे मिला। वह कार में था। स्कूल छोड़ने का झांसा देकर उसने छात्रा को कार में बिठाया और पर्यावरण पार्क की तरफ ले गया जहां पर दो अन्य आरोपी भी कार में सवार हो गए।

पुलिस ने बताया कि तीनों आरोपी छात्रा को आरटीओ कार्यालय के पास एक मकान में ले गए। वहां उन्होंने छात्रा के हाथ-पैर पकड़कर और मुंह में गमछा बांधकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। एक घंटे बाद होश आने पर छात्रा ने मदद के लिए आवाज लगाई।
आसपास की महिलाओं ने उसकी आवाज सुनी, तब तक आरोपी फरार हो चुके थे। पीड़िता ने सबसे पहले अपनी मौसी को घटना की जानकारी दी। पीड़िता की मां की शिकायत के आधारपर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज किया।

पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
पुलिस ने आरोपियों को शनिवार को अदालत में पेश किया, जहां से उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया गया।
जांच में पता चला कि घटना से एक दिन पहले आरोपी का पीड़िता से इंस्टाग्राम पर संपर्क हुआ था। आरोपी ने मिलने की बात कही थी, जिसे पीड़िता ने मना कर दिया था।

पुलिस ने पीड़िता को चिकित्सा जांच के लिए भेजा है।
अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक अखंड प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि एक लड़की के साथ दुष्कर्म किये जाने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। इस संबंध में पीड़िता के परिजनों की तहरीर पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर लिया गया है, जिसमें तीन आरोपियों को नामजद किया गया था।
उन्होंने कहा कि तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर शनिवार को अदालत में पेश किया गया जहां से उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया गया है।
