केरल के कासरगोड जिले में एक किशोर का यौन उत्पीड़न करने के आरोप में दो सरकारी कर्मचारियों सहित नौ लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस ने मंगलवार को यह जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने एलजीबीटीक्यू समुदाय के एक मोबाइल ऐप पर किशोर से दोस्ती की थी।
केरल के कासरगोड में 16 वर्षीय किशोर का दो वर्षों तक 14 पुरुषों ने यौन शोषण किया, जिनमें दो सरकारी कर्मचारी भी शामिल हैं। LGBTQ ऐप पर दोस्ती कर उसे फंसाया गया। मामले में नौ लोग गिरफ्तार हुए हैं। यह घटना तब सामने आई जब मां ने एक संदिग्ध को देखा। पॉक्सो अधिनियम के तहत 14 मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं और विशेष जांच टीम गठित की गई है, जो समाज में ऑनलाइन खतरों और बच्चों के प्रति यौन अपराधों की गंभीरता को रेखांकित करती है।

केरल के कासरगोड जिले में एक किशोर का यौन उत्पीड़न करने के आरोप में दो सरकारी कर्मचारियों सहित नौ लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। पुलिस ने मंगलवार को यह जानकारी दी।
पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने एलजीबीटीक्यू समुदाय के एक मोबाइल ऐप पर किशोर से दोस्ती की थी।
जिले के एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि किशोर (16) का उसके घर , कन्नूर तथा कोझिकोड जिलों सहित अन्य स्थानों पर दो साल से अधिक समय तक 14 अलग-अलग पुरुषों ने यौन शोषण किया।

पुलिस ने बताया कि यह मामला तब सामने आया जब किशोर की मां ने अपने घर पर एक व्यक्ति को देखा जो उन्हें देखकर भाग गया। मां ने जब पूछताछ की तो बेटे ने उन्हें सारी बात बताई।
उन्होंने बताया कि किशोर की मां ने यह बात चाइल्ड लाइन को बताई, जिसने पुलिस को घटना की जानकारी दी।
अधिकारी ने बताया कि लड़के के बयान के आधार पर पिछले दो दिनों में आरोपियों के खिलाफ यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण (पॉक्सो) अधिनियम 2012 के तहत 14 मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं।
अधिकारी ने बताया कि एक पुलिस उपाधीक्षक और चार निरीक्षकों वाली एक विशेष जांच टीम (एसआईटी) भी गठित की गई है जो कासरगोड जिले में हुई घटनाओं से संबंधित आठ मामलों की जांच करेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि शेष छह मामलों को कोझिकोड और कन्नूर जिलों में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया है जहां लड़के का कथित तौर पर यौन उत्पीड़न किया गया था।
पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले के 14 आरोपियों की उम्र 25 से 51 वर्ष के बीच है और उनमें से एक रेलवे का कर्मचारी है।
