केंद्र सरकार कर रही राज्य के कर अधिकारों को लेकर धोखा, सिद्धारमैया ने कर्नाटक बीजेपी की चुप्पी पर उठाए सवाल

सिद्धारमैया ने सवाल किया कि राज्य के भाजपा नेता कर्नाटक के हितों की रक्षा करने के बजाय, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने में क्यों व्यस्त थे, जिन्हें उन्होंने विश्वासघात के लिए दोषी ठहराया था। उन्होंने कर्नाटक के आर्थिक योगदान और उसके बजट आवंटन के बीच स्पष्ट अंतर की ओर इशारा किया।

कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने अपने अधिकारी पर एक पोस्ट में कहा कि केंद्र ने 10 जनवरी को राज्य सरकारों को 1,73,030 करोड़ रुपये का कर हस्तांतरण जारी किया। सिद्धारमैया की पोस्ट में कर्नाटक को दी गई 6,310 करोड़ रुपये की राशि पर असंतोष व्यक्त किया गया। उनके अनुसार यह एनडीए सरकार द्वारा कर्नाटक के साथ एक बड़ा धोखा था। उन्होंने पोस्ट की शुरुआत यह कहते हुए की कि उन्होंने जानबूझकर कुछ दिन इंतजार किया यह उम्मीद करते हुए कि कर्नाटक भाजपा के नेता कन्नडिगाओं के लिए बोलने का साहस जुटाएंगे।

सिद्धारमैया ने सवाल किया कि राज्य के भाजपा नेता कर्नाटक के हितों की रक्षा करने के बजाय, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने में क्यों व्यस्त थे, जिन्हें उन्होंने विश्वासघात के लिए दोषी ठहराया था। उन्होंने कर्नाटक के आर्थिक योगदान और उसके बजट आवंटन के बीच स्पष्ट अंतर की ओर इशारा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की आबादी का केवल 5 प्रतिशत होने और भारत की जीडीपी में 8.4 प्रतिशत का योगदान देने और 17 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि के साथ जीएसटी वृद्धि में देश का नेतृत्व करने के बावजूद, राज्य की हिस्सेदारी स्थिर हो गई है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कर्नाटक को कर हिस्सेदारी में केवल 44,485 करोड़ रुपये और अनुदान में 15,299 करोड़ रुपये देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार की आलोचना की, जबकि राज्य राष्ट्रीय खजाने में सालाना 4.5 लाख करोड़ रुपये का योगदान देता है। 

इस बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश (31,039 करोड़ रुपये), बिहार (17,403 करोड़ रुपये), मध्य प्रदेश (13,582 करोड़ रुपये) और राजस्थान (10,426 करोड़ रुपये) जैसे भ्रष्टाचार से ग्रस्त राज्यों पर धन की वर्षा हुई है। क्या कर्नाटक को शासन, जीएसटी वृद्धि और विकास में उत्कृष्टता के लिए दंडित किया जा रहा है? उनके अनुसार, इन अन्य राज्यों को शासन और भ्रष्टाचार की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के बावजूद अनुपातहीन रूप से बड़े हिस्से प्राप्त हुए।
