राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सुखू ने 2025-26 के लिए राज्य का बजट पेश करते हुए यह घोषणा की है। सीएम अपनी पुरानी ऑल्टो कार में हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा पहुंचे। सुखू ने कहा कि वर्ष 2025-26 वित्तीय चुनौतियों से भरा है क्योंकि राजस्व घाटा अनुदान कम कर दिया गया है और जीएसटी मुआवजा रोक दिया गया है।
हिमाचल प्रदेश की जनता के लिए परेशानी खड़ी हो गई है। राज्य की जनता को आने वाले दिनों में दूध खरीदने के लिए अधिक जेब ढीली करनी पड़ेगी। दूध खरीदने वालों को अब महंगे दाम पर दूध खरीदना होगा। हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सुखू ने सोमवार को दूध की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की है। राज्य में गाय और भैंस के दूध की कीमत अब बढ़ गई है। गाय के दूध की कीमत 45 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 51 रुपये प्रति लीटर और भैंस के दूध की कीमत 55 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 61 रुपये प्रति लीटर होगी।
राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सुखू ने 2025-26 के लिए राज्य का बजट पेश करते हुए यह घोषणा की है। सीएम अपनी पुरानी ऑल्टो कार में हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा पहुंचे। सुखू ने कहा कि वर्ष 2025-26 वित्तीय चुनौतियों से भरा है क्योंकि राजस्व घाटा अनुदान कम कर दिया गया है और जीएसटी मुआवजा रोक दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा, “धार्मिक पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने और कम प्रसिद्ध पर्यटन स्थलों की खोज पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा, और चाय बागानों को इको-टूरिज्म गंतव्यों के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा।”
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य की ऋण देनदारी बढ़कर 1,04,729 करोड़ रुपये हो गई है, जिसमें से 29,046 लाख रुपये वर्तमान सरकार ने लिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले दो वर्षों में लिए गए ऋण का 70 प्रतिशत हिस्सा पिछली सरकार द्वारा लिए गए ऋण और उसके ब्याज के भुगतान पर खर्च किया गया। विकास कार्यों पर केवल 8,093 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए गए।
वर्ष 2025-26 में एक लाख किसानों को प्राकृतिक खेती के अंतर्गत लाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। अब तक लगभग 1.58 लाख किसान प्राकृतिक खेती अपना चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राकृतिक रूप से कच्ची हल्दी उगाने वाले किसानों को 90 रुपये प्रति किलो का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार हमीरपुर में मसाला पार्क स्थापित करने की योजना बना रही है।
