मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे लिखा कि राज्य की भविष्य की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए बिहार में ग्रीनफील्ड हवाई अड्डों की सुविधा प्रदान करने से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानों की संख्या बढ़ेगी, जिससे यहां के लोगों को काफी फायदा होगा साथ ही राज्य के आर्थिक विकास को भी गति मिलेगी।
बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने शनिवार शाम लोकसभा में वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण के भाषण की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि 2025 का केंद्रीय बजट “सकारात्मक और स्वागत योग्य है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि इससे राज्य के विकास में तेजी लाने में मदद मिलेगी। वित्तीय वर्ष 2025/26 के लिए सीतारमण के बजट में बिहार के लिए कई विशेष योजनाओं और कल्याणकारी उपायों का उल्लेख किया गया है, जहां इस साल के अंत में विधानसभा चुनाव में मतदान होगा।
नीतीश ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण को धन्यवाद देते हुए एक्स पर लिखा कि केन्द्रीय बजट सकारात्मक एवं स्वागत योग्य है। केन्द्र सरकार का यह बजट प्रगतिशील एवं भविष्योन्मुखी है। इस बजट के माध्यम से केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा देश के विकास की गति को और बढ़ाने के लिए कई कदम उठाए गए हैं। बजट में बिहार के लिए जो घोषणाएं की गई हैं, उनसे बिहार के विकास को और गति मिलेगी। मखाना के उत्पादन, प्रसंस्करण, मूल्य संवर्धन और विपणन में सुधार के लिए राज्य में एक मखाना बोर्ड की स्थापना से मखाना किसानों को लाभ मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे लिखा कि राज्य की भविष्य की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए बिहार में ग्रीनफील्ड हवाई अड्डों की सुविधा प्रदान करने से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानों की संख्या बढ़ेगी, जिससे यहां के लोगों को काफी फायदा होगा साथ ही राज्य के आर्थिक विकास को भी गति मिलेगी। मिथिलांचल में पश्चिमी कोसी कैनाल परियोजना के लिए आर्थिक मदद मिलने से यहां के किसानों को फायदा होगा। इस बजट में पटना आई०आई०टी० के विस्तार का प्रावधान किया गया है, इससे तकनीकी शिक्षा को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। बिहार में राष्ट्रीय खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी, उद्यमिता एवं प्रबंधन संस्थान की स्थापना होने से युवाओं को कौशल, उद्यमिता और रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे तथा पूर्वी भारत में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
नीतीश ने यह भी कहा कि इनकम टैक्स स्लैब में 12 लाख रुपये तक की छूट मिलने से मध्यमवर्ग को काफी राहत मिली है। किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड पर कर्ज की लिमिट 3 लाख से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख करने से किसानों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। सूक्ष्म उद्यमों के लिए एमएसएमई क्रेडिट गारंटी कवर को 5 करोड़ रुपये से बढ़ाकर 10 करोड़ रुपये किए जाने से रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे। बजट में गरीब, युवा, किसानों के हित में कई कदम उठाए गए हैं, यह स्वागत योग्य है। एक बेहतर बजट पेश करने के लिए मैं प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी और वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण जी को धन्यवाद देता हूं।
