प्रवेश वर्मा के चुनाव लड़ने पर लगे रोक, खुलेआम बांट रहे पैसे, CEC से मुलाकात के बाद बोले केजरीवाल

केजरीवाल ने कहा कि बड़ा घोटाला चल रहा है। पिछले पंद्रह दिन में नए वोट के लिए 13 हजार आवेदन आए हैं। दूसरे राज्यों से लोगों को लाकर फर्जी वोट बनाए जा रहे हैं।

आप प्रमुख अरविंद केजरीवाल और दिल्ली की सीएम आतिशी सीईसी राजीव कुमार से मुलाकात की। इसके बाद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि नई दिल्ली विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 15 दिसंबर से 7 जनवरी तक 22 दिनों में वोट रद्द कराने के लिए 5500 आवेदन आए हैं। उन्होंने दावा किया कि ये एप्लीकेशन फर्जी हैं। जब अधिकारियों ने मामले को संज्ञान में लिया और जिन लोगों के नाम पर वोट रद्द करने के लिए आवेदन दिये गये थे, उन्हें बुलाया गया तो उन्होंने बताया कि उनके नाम पर फर्जी आवेदन दिये गये हैं। 

केजरीवाल ने कहा कि बड़ा घोटाला चल रहा है। पिछले पंद्रह दिन में नए वोट के लिए 13 हजार आवेदन आए हैं। दूसरे राज्यों से लोगों को लाकर फर्जी वोट बनाए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि नई दिल्ली विधानसभा क्षेत्र से बीजेपी उम्मीदवार प्रवेश वर्मा जॉब कैंप लगा रहे हैं, खुलेआम पैसे बांट रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ये चीजें चुनाव आयोग के नियमों और विनियमों के तहत भ्रष्ट आचरण के अंतर्गत आती हैं। प्रवेश वर्मा को चुनाव लड़ने से रोका जाना चाहिए और उनके घर पर छापा मारकर पता लगाया जाना चाहिए कि उनके घर पर कितना पैसा है।

इससे पहले दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी ने मुख्यनिर्वाचन आयुक्त (सीईसी) राजीव कुमार को पत्र लिखकर नयी दिल्ली विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मतदाता सूची में कथित हेरफेर पर चर्चा के लिए मिलने का समय मांगा था। इस सीट से ‘आप’ प्रमुख अरविंद केजरीवाल विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। यह आतिशी का पिछले तीन दिनों में इस मुद्दे पर सीईसी को लिखा गया दूसरा पत्र है। पांच जनवरी को भी आतिशी ने इन कथित अनियमितताओं पर चर्चा के लिए एक मुलाकात का अनुरोध किया था। आतिशी ने अपने इस नये पत्र में नयी दिल्ली विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मतदाता सूची में कथित अनियमितताओं का मुद्दा फिर उठाया तथा मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त से तत्काल मुलाकात के लिए समय देने का आग्रह किया। 

पत्र में कहा गया है, ‘‘दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में 27 दिन से भी कम समय बचा है, इसलिए इस मामले पर सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता से विचार किया जाना चाहिए। हम स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव के सिद्धांतों को बनाये रखने के लिए भारत के निर्वाचन आयोग पर भरोसा करते हैं।’’ उन्होंने पत्र में कहा, ‘‘एक बार फिर, मैं आपसे अनुरोध करना चाहूंगी कि दिल्ली विधानसभा के स्वतंत्र और निष्पक्ष चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कृपया जल्द से जल्द एक मुलाकात का समय दें।’’ उन्होंने कहा कि इन चिंताओं के समय पर समाधान के लिए एक मुलाकात का उनका अनुरोध आवश्यक है। इससे पहले सोमवार को आतिशी ने नयी दिल्ली निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में एक ‘‘मतदाता घोटाले’’ का आरोप लगाया था और दावा किया था कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की मतदाता सूची में 10 प्रतिशत नये मतदाता जोड़े गए हैं और 5.5 प्रतिशत मतदाताओं के नामों को हटाया गया है। दिल्ली की सभी 70 विधानसभा सीट पर पांच फरवरी को मतदान होगा, जबकि मतगणना आठ फरवरी को होगी।
