वित्त मंत्री, कृषि मंत्री और नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष की सदस्यता वाली समिति ने राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया कोष (एनडीआरएफ) के तहत रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण फंडिंग विंडो से राज्य को वित्तीय सहायता के प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया।
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री और सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह की अध्यक्षता में एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति ने 2023 में बाढ़, भूस्खलन, बादल फटने की घटना के बाद रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण योजना के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश को 2006.40 करोड़ रुपये की केंद्रीय सहायता को मंजूरी दी है। वित्त मंत्री, कृषि मंत्री और नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष की सदस्यता वाली समिति ने राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया कोष (एनडीआरएफ) के तहत रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण फंडिंग विंडो से राज्य को वित्तीय सहायता के प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया। उच्च स्तरीय समिति ने हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य को 2006.40 करोड़ रुपये की रिकवरी योजना को मंजूरी दी है, जो राज्य को 2023 मानसून के दौरान बाढ़, बादल फटने और भूस्खलन के कारण हुए नुकसान और विनाश के कारण रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण गतिविधियों को पूरा करने में मदद करेगी।
इसमें से 1504.80 करोड़ रुपये राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया कोष के तहत रिकवरी और पुनर्निर्माण फंडिंग विंडो से केंद्रीय हिस्सा होगा। इससे पहले 12 दिसंबर 2023 को गृह मंत्रालय ने इस आपदा से प्रभावित हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए एनडीआरएफ से 633.73 करोड़ रुपये की अतिरिक्त वित्तीय सहायता को मंजूरी दी थी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत सरकार प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और आपदाओं के दौरान राज्य सरकारों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर खड़ी है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के आपदा प्रतिरोधी भारत के विजन को पूरा करने के लिए गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के मार्गदर्शन में गृह मंत्रालय ने देश में आपदाओं के प्रभावी प्रबंधन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कई पहल की हैं। भारत में आपदा जोखिम न्यूनीकरण प्रणाली को मजबूत करके आपदाओं के दौरान जान-माल को होने वाले किसी भी बड़े नुकसान को रोकने के लिए कई कदम उठाए गए हैं।
इसको लेकर जेपी नड्डा ने एक्स पर लिखा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में वर्ष-2023 में बाढ़, भूस्खलन, बादल फटने की प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के चलते राहत राशि के रूप में ₹2006.40 करोड़ की “पुनर्प्राप्ति और पुनर्निर्माण योजना” को मंजूरी प्रदान करने के लिए आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं गृह मंत्री अमित शाह का हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ। देवभूमि में संकट से निपटने तथा आपदा पीड़ितों को राहत प्रदान करने में मोदी सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक सहायता आपदा पीड़ित नागरिकों को महत्वपूर्ण संबल है। मोदी सरकार देवभूमि की जनता के साथ हर संकट में खड़ी है और साथ ही, हिमाचल की हरसंभव सहायता के लिए सदैव की भांति कटिबद्ध है।
