एयर इंडिया के विमान में सवार सभी 242 यात्रियों और चालक दल के सदस्यों की मौत हो गई है। लंदन जाने वाला विमान गुरुवार दोपहर गुजरात के अहमदाबाद हवाई अड्डे के पास मेघानीनगर में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। हवाई अड्डे के परिसर से धुएं का घना बादल उठता देखा गया। एपी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पुलिस कमिश्नर जीएस मलिक ने बताया, ऐसा लग रहा है कि विमान दुर्घटना में कोई भी जीवित नहीं बचा है। इस बीच, केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने विमान दुर्घटना के संबंध में गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री, गृह मंत्री और पुलिस आयुक्त से बात की। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार की सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का भी आश्वासन दिया। लंदन जाने वाले एयर इंडिया के विमान के दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने के बाद यहां सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर सभी उड़ानों का संचालन अस्थायी रूप से निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इस बीच, प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री राम मोहन नायडू से बात की। उन्होंने उन्हें अहमदाबाद जाने और हवाई दुर्घटना के मद्देनजर प्रभावित लोगों को हर संभव सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए कहा है।
घायल हुए 25 लोगों की सूची जारी
अहमदाबाद पुलिस ने अहमदाबाद में विमान दुर्घटना में घायल हुए 25 लोगों की सूची जारी की है। गुजरात स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि अहमदाबाद सिविल अस्पताल के छात्र छात्रावास, स्टाफ क्वार्टर और अन्य आवासीय क्षेत्र उस क्षेत्र में स्थित हैं जहां विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुआ। घायल हुए लगभग 50 लोगों को अहमदाबाद के सिविल अस्पताल में लाया गया है। एयर इंडिया ने विदेशी नागरिकों के लिए हॉटलाइन नंबर जारी किया है। एयर इंडिया ने कहा कि समर्पित यात्री हॉटलाइन नंबर 1800 5691 444 के अलावा, हमने विदेशी नागरिकों के लिए एक और हॉटलाइन नंबर +91 8062779200 जोड़ा है।
डीएनए सैंपल की मांग
गुजरात सरकार ने शवों की पहचान के लिए प्लेन में सवार लोगो के परिजनों से डीएनए (DNA) सैंपल देने की अपील की है. हादसा इतना भयानक था कि कई शवों की पहचान करना मुश्किल हो गया है। इस प्लेन हादसे में कई स्थानीय लोग भी घायल हुए हैं, जिनका इलाज चल रहा है। गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र पटेल अहमदाबाद के असरवा सिविल अस्पताल पहुंचे, जहां विमान दुर्घटना में घायलों को लाया गया है। यहां उन्होंने घायल लोगों से बातचीत की।
