मौलाना महमूद मदनी ने कहा कि उनकी कायरता का जोरदार तरीके से जवाब दिया गया है। हमारी सशस्त्र सेनाओं ने साबित कर दिया है कि हम जवाबी कार्रवाई करने में सक्षम हैं और हमारे रक्षा बल जवाबी हमला करने की शक्ति से लैस हैं।
जमीयत उलेमा-ए-हिंद के अध्यक्ष मौलाना महमूद मदनी ने शुक्रवार को माना कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ के जरिए पहलगाम के उन आतंकवादियों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया है, जिन्होंने उन्हें चुनौती दी थी। उन्होंने माना कि पीएम मोदी सीमा पार से आतंकवाद फैलाने वालों को कड़ा संदेश देने में सफल रहे हैं, जिन्होंने पहलगाम के पीड़ितों की पत्नियों से कहा था कि वे जाकर पीएम मोदी को बर्बर हत्याओं के बारे में बताएं। मदनी ने दोहराया कि पूरे मुस्लिम समुदाय सहित हर भारतीय पाकिस्तान समर्थित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ सशस्त्र बलों की कार्रवाई का समर्थन कर रहा है, लेकिन उन्होंने संघर्ष को न बढ़ाने का समर्थन करते हुए दावा किया कि युद्ध से किसी का भला नहीं होगा।
मौलाना महमूद मदनी ने कहा कि भारत हमारा देश है। इसकी रक्षा करना और इसके लिए हर कुर्बानी देने के लिए तैयार रहना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। हम हर तरह से अपनी सेना के साथ खड़े हैं। हमारा देश होने के नाते, इसकी रक्षा के लिए हमेशा तैयार रहना हमारा स्वाभाविक कर्तव्य है और पूरा मुस्लिम समुदाय सरकार के साथ खड़ा है। हम प्रार्थना कर रहे हैं कि स्थिति और न बिगड़े। आगे स्थिति भयावह हो सकती है, लेकिन लोगों को उंगली उठाने पर उतारू नहीं होना चाहिए। मेरा संदेश जनता को यही है कि वे मजबूत और एकजुट रहें। आगे और भी मुश्किलें आ सकती हैं, लेकिन रोना-धोना या शिकायत नहीं करनी चाहिए। अगर मुश्किलें आती हैं, तो हम मिलकर उन्हें झेलेंगे। भारत के लोग अपनी सेना के साथ साहस और दृढ़ संकल्प के साथ खड़े रहेंगे। अल्लाह की कृपा से लोगों को सेना का पूरे दिल से समर्थन करना चाहिए और करेंगे।
